Delivery And Returns

However the delivery information still stands as it is.
Delivery of items in stock, is usually 1-5 days after your order has been paid for, bespoke and personalised orders can take up to 28 days to be created, and delivered, However during busy periods this can take longer.
If there is going to be a delay, I will let you know via email, so please always provide your current email address, communication pertaining to any orders made on our website, over the phone, or via our social media channels or Etsy shop, will be mainly through electronic means, including email.
I may contact you by email or provide you with information by posting notices on our website, you agree to these electronic means of communication and acknowledge that all contracts, notices, information and other communications that we provide to you electronically comply with any legal requirements that such communications be in writing.
Notice may be given to you at either the email address you have provided or an alternative email you have given us, notice will be deemed received and properly served 24 hours after an email is sent, or three days after the date of posting a written letter, in providing the service of any notice it will be sufficient to prove in the case of a letter that it was addressed properly and sent via 1st class post for which I would get proof of posting, in the case of an email, that such an email was sent to both the specified address and any such alternative email addresses that you have provided.

1st class 2-5 days estimated delivery, dates and times are estimated by the royal mail service, and although we use our reasonable efforts to fulfil your order within the estimated delivery times set out, we cannot guarantee this, products will be delivered to the name and address you provided when placing your order.
If you provide instructions to us or any third party used by us in relation to the delivery of your order, you are responsible for ensuring the appropriateness and accuracy of such instructions (for example asking a neighbour to take it, or leaving it in an unlocked garage or behind a bin) and we will not be liable for any loss or damage to the products incurred as a result of us carrying out your instructions, we reserve the right to deliver all and any products, goods or services to the account holder's address, delivery will be completed when the products are delivered to the address you have specified in your placing of any such order, or in accordance with any other instructions you have given us.

Other UK Postal charges such as express or next day delivery, please check with us before placing your order, for an up to date costing.
We use royal mail international tracked and signed for services, and costs will depend on the size of your parcel, Please be aware international orders can take 5-10 days and up to 28 days to be delivered.
Longer in busy periods such as christmas, so please ensure you order in time for any important events or deadlines you have, All prices both for the UK and International are provided when you add your item and address at the checkout, all our delivery costs are based on the weight and size of each parcel.
Please note Lisa Martin Designs brand inc Soul Powered Co, Lilli-Blue&Grace, soul powered or any other brands & businesses, is not responsible for any charges in your country, such as customs and import duty, we have no control over these charges and are unable to predict their size or cost, you must comply to all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the products are destined for, we will not be liable for any breach by you of any such laws.
For all our postage we use royal mail 1st class signed for and International tracked and signed postage, unless another postage service has been asked for and purchased prior to ordering through our website.
Returns, Exchanges and Refunds
I really hope that you will be delighted with any of your purchases, due to the nature of some of our products (handcrafted & hand designed) I urge you to ask as many questions as possible before you make a purchase, as all handcrafted, handcrafted, bespoke/custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned.
Items that are hand sourced by us from 3rd party suppliers or our 3rd party clothing and accessories website at teemill, will only be refunded/exchanged if faulty.
Faulty items must be returned to us within 7 days of receipt: we do check all our products for any faults before sending them out, please note semi precious gemstones, pearls, crystals and other beads used, will all have their own inclusions and differences in colours, shading or shapes and this does not indicate a fault, by natural design it is their raw state, we do our very best to match shapes, colours sizes etc. but we cannot guarantee that all these will be an identical match.
Please note we do not accept returns of certain products for hygiene reasons, unless these goods are faulty, these include, earrings, nose jewellery, swimwear, underwear etc, or goods that have been worn in any way, our returns policy and your right to withdrawal does not apply to these products.
Please email us first stating reason for return of any item, a refund/exchange will only be given once we have received any items back to us in their original sale-able condition and all packaging intact and in a sale-able condition, I cannot give refunds/exchanges until I have received the item so it is suggested you the buyer use a signed for and trackable service to return your item and keep proof of this just in case a claim is needed, As it is possible for items to go missing so this just protects you as a buyer and Lisa Martin Designs overall brand as a seller.

Right of withdrawal
In addition to our returns policy, as a consumer you have a legal right to cancel a contract with us, under the consumer contracts regulations 2013 (CCR) up to 14 days after the date we dispatched your order, to exercise your right to right of withdrawal contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org, informing us of your decision to exercise your right of withdrawal, and by providing us with your details including your name, address, contact numbers, email address and order details.
If you do cancel your order in this way all goods need to be returned back to us, unworn and in their original sale-able packaging within 14 days of you informing us you wish to cancel, if items are returned damaged, worn, or not in original packaging, no refunds will be issued, and your order will be denied the cancelation.
Please note this does not apply to earrings, items worn, swimwear, underwear, bespoke and personalised orders, or coaching, mentoring, speaking or any of our holistic services.
Provided you have returned your order in full and in accordance with the above timescale and conditions, you will be entitled to a full refund including the cost of delivery at a standard rate (this will be normal first class post, not a signed for postal delivery)
If you only return some of the items from the original order, we will not refund your money inc delivery charge, if the items returned are broken, damaged or have been worn in any way, we will again not issue a refund.
We always ask that if you sending items back to us you use a signed for service and use appropriate packaging to secure the safety of any such parcels, and obtain proof of postage, as we will not be responsible for any loss, or damage to them during transit.
If goods are lost or damaged during transit and you have not obtained adequate postage to secure its safety and obtained proof of purchase for the appropriate signed for postage service to return any items, we will not issue any refunds, and we may charge you amounts that are attainable to the loss or damage of the goods.
We will process all refunds as soon as possible once we have the returned goods back on our premises.
The Lisa Martin Designs brand and all associated brands & businesses does not give refunds/exchanges on change of heart bespoke or personalised orders, these sales are full and final, so please make sure you ask as many questions as you need to before you make a purchase from us.
